| dc.description.abstract | O estudo objetiva conhecer os sujeitos capazes de ensinar/apreender/ensinar, processo pelo qual podem construir os papéis da educação/formação profissional na Anvisa, como produção social da existência humana; compreender os métodos, as práticas educativas colocadas à disposição da formação dos agentes em vigilância sanitária de portos, aeroportos, fronteiras e recintos alfandegados - VISAPAF para que eles sejam capazes de avaliarem suas capacidades nos diversos campos de aplicação da vigilância sanitária. Essa pesquisa se fundamenta na procura das causas mediatas e imediatas do acontecimento – pensamento, razão e intuição, com o escopo de compreender as reproduções historicamente intrínsecas no desenvolvimento dos sujeitos. Apoiado no estudo de caso recosto-me nos pressupostos da complexidade da práxis para escorar a análise. Para a coleta de dados lanço mão de três procedimentos metodológicos: 1. observação participante, para apreensão dos dados significativos, realizada nas oficinas de sensibilização e avaliação das necessidades de formação para as ações estratégicas em VISAPAF com trabalhadores e Chefes de Postos de VISAPAF; 2. entrevistas semi-estruturadas; 3. análise dos conteúdos das oficinas e da legislação. As categorias empíricas, trabalhadores, trabalho e formação/educação sustentam as análises do processo de formar/educar em VISAPAF e, evidenciam, por movimentos, a própria constituição deles que, dialeticamente, se transformam em construção de sujeitos sentir - pensantes capazes de, ao se colocarem no lugar da ação nas relações que estabelecem com o seu trabalho, se perceberem como trabalhadores em saúde e no processo da ação se construirem afetiva e concretamente em apreendentes / ensinantes do cuidado de si, com o outro e com o coletivo.

The study aims: Meet the subjects able to teach/learn/ teach, by which they can build the roles of education/professional formation in Anvisa as social production of human existence; understand the methods, the educational practices offered to formation of personnel in sanitary surveillance of ports, airports, borders and customs – VISAPAF so they are able to evaluate their capabilities in different application fields of sanitary surveillance. This research is based on the search of the mediate and immediate causes of the event, with the target to understand the historically intrinsic reproductions in the development of the phenomenon. Based on case study, set me on the assumptions of complexity to prop the analysis. For data collection, I made use of three methodological procedures: 1. participant observation for apprehension of significant data held in workshops of sensitising and assessment of formation needs for the strategic actions in VISAPAF with workers and Posts' Heads of PAF; 2. semi-structured interviews; 3. analysis of the content of workshops and legislation. The empirical categories: PAF workers; work in PAF, formation/education in PAF support the analysis of the process of form/education in VISAPAF. Evidence that it constituted of movements, which dialectically become the construction of feelthinker subjects able to, when at the place of action in the relations that establish with their work, realize themselves as health workers and when acting construct themselves affective and concretely into learners/teachers of the care with itself, with the other and with the collective. | en_US |
