dc.description.abstract | Young Lives fieldwork teams consist of the fieldworkers who will collect the data and one or more field supervisors. A team has been defined as ‘a small number of people with complementary skills who are committed to a common purpose, performance goals, and approach for which they are mutually accountable’ (Katzenbach and Smith 1993). They ‘represent the critical unit that “gets things done” in today's world’ (Marks 2006) and the success of many endeavours depends on how a team functions, not least in the context of community household surveys such as Young Lives. | en_US |
